How to customize the website by changing the template?
Please note that your website comes with an integrated back office
application located at http://eshop.on-us.net/cms/ADMIN and in order to
login in it you should provide your username and password. You should
enter as username and the password you provided for the account during
the Sign-up process.
The front site as well as all the personal administration spaces are
template based. That means that a change made in the used template will
reflect all the pages of the front site. In general there is one
template used for all the pages of the website.

How can I be notified of new orders?
You can be notified of new orders via email. Log in to your Admin page
set your preferred email in Email Notification under Home ->
Profile.

How do I log in to my Admin page?
Your Admin page is located at http://eshop.on-us.net/cms/ADMIN

Where is my eShop?
Your eShop is located at http://eShop.on-us.net/cms/[username], where
username is the username you have provided during the Sign-Up process.

Why is my eShop package downgraded to a Trial package?
When the payment failed, your package will be downgraded to a Trial
package. Just log in to your Admin page, select Home -> package,
make the necessary payment and your new plan will be activated.

What are included in my membership fees?
At ON-US, we try to create value for our Members. You get to use our
infrastructure to create eShop in minutes, saving you time and money.
In addition to that, we will create targetted marketing strategy
solicit shoppers to visit our eShops from time to time.
7.
Can charity organizations sign up for eShop?
Yes. We welcome charity organizations! In fact, we will sponsor the
sign-up fees for the eShop. Drop us an email with your official
government issued licenses and we will contact you for the sign-up
procedures.
8.
I have forgotten my Admin page password, how do I reset it?
For security reasons,
currently we do not allow online resetting of Admin passwords. You may
fax your government issued identification document to +65 63562969 or
email to eShop@on-us.net, indicating your Membership Member Name. We
will reset your password within 24hrs if your identity matches our
records.
